Yes. We can respond at night and on weekends when an urgent workflow failure needs attention. Automated monitoring runs continuously and the exact human response hours and response time are agreed in your plan so you always know what support to expect.
Does my platform already send error alerts?+
Those alerts help with obvious failures. We also check whether the expected business result happened when the platform did not report a clear error.
Do you replace our current automation builder?+
No. We can support workflows built by your staff, freelancer or agency, provided we receive the access and documentation needed to do the work safely.
Does the monthly fee include unlimited repairs?+
Yes, once your system has been audited and brought to a stable baseline, your care plan includes unlimited minor repairs within the systems and processes covered by the plan. If the audit finds existing problems, those issues must first be repaired and the system stabilized before this coverage begins. Major repairs, rebuilds, migrations, new features and work outside the agreed coverage are quoted separately. If you begin monthly monitoring without completing the audit and stabilization process, unlimited minor-repair coverage does not apply.
