Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of workflowsafe.com and any automation audit, troubleshooting, repair, monitoring, consulting or related service provided by WorkflowSafe.
By purchasing, booking or using a WorkflowSafe service, you agree to these Terms. If a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement applies to your engagement, that document may add to or modify these Terms for that specific project.
1. WorkflowSafe services
WorkflowSafe provides services relating to automation reliability, workflow auditing, troubleshooting, repair, monitoring and operational support.
Systems we may review or support include platforms such as GoHighLevel, Make, n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script, CRMs, webhooks, APIs and similar automation tools.
The exact scope of each engagement depends on the service purchased, information supplied by the customer and any separately agreed scope.
2. Audit services
An audit is intended to identify observed risks, configuration issues, failure points, data problems, missed handoffs, monitoring gaps or other reliability concerns within the agreed scope.
Unless specifically included in the purchased service, an audit does not automatically include implementation, repair, rebuilding, migration, continuous monitoring or ongoing support.
3. No guarantee of complete error detection
Automation systems can depend on third-party platforms, APIs, permissions, historical data, integrations and conditions that may change or may not be visible during an audit.
WorkflowSafe does not guarantee that an audit will identify every existing or future defect, security issue, outage, data problem, workflow failure or business risk.
Findings and recommendations are based on the systems, evidence, access and information reasonably available during the engagement.
4. No guaranteed business outcome
WorkflowSafe does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, rankings, customer acquisition results, uptime or other commercial outcomes.
Automation reliability can reduce operational risk, but business outcomes may depend on many factors outside WorkflowSafe's control.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the systems being reviewed
- Identify the systems and workflows that are in scope
- Provide authorized access where reasonably required
- Maintain appropriate backups where applicable
- Inform WorkflowSafe of known risks, restrictions or dependencies
- Review important changes before they are placed into production
- Ensure you have authority to provide access to systems and data
- Comply with laws and contractual obligations applicable to your business
6. Credentials and secure access
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private customer information or sensitive credentials through public WorkflowSafe forms.
When access is necessary for service delivery, WorkflowSafe may arrange an appropriate access method separately.
Customers should use the minimum access reasonably necessary and revoke temporary access when the engagement no longer requires it.
7. Third-party platforms
WorkflowSafe services may involve third-party products and platforms. WorkflowSafe does not control those providers and is not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, API changes, feature changes, account restrictions, data loss, security incidents or discontinued services.
A workflow that operates correctly at one time may later be affected by changes made by a third-party provider.
8. Changes and implementation risk
Automation changes can affect live business processes.
Where practical, WorkflowSafe may recommend testing, backups, staged deployment or rollback procedures before significant changes are introduced.
Customers remain responsible for approving material production changes unless a written agreement expressly assigns that authority to WorkflowSafe.
9. Payments
Prices shown on the WorkflowSafe website apply to the services described at the time of purchase.
Payment may be required before an audit, consultation or other service begins.
Larger repairs, implementation projects, monitoring services or ongoing support may require a separate quote, subscription or written agreement.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the WorkflowSafe Refund Policy and any written terms specific to the purchased service.
The Refund Policy is available at: workflowsafe.com/refund.html
11. Scheduling and missed appointments
Customers are responsible for selecting and attending scheduled audit or consultation calls.
If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice when possible.
Repeated missed appointments or significant delays in supplying required information may delay service completion.
12. Response times and support availability
WorkflowSafe may advertise extended, night or weekend response availability. This does not constitute a guarantee of immediate, continuous or 24-hour human response unless a written service agreement specifically provides one.
Response times can vary based on urgency, complexity, access, workload and the service purchased.
Emergency, priority or guaranteed response arrangements must be specifically agreed in writing.
13. Monitoring services
Where monitoring is purchased, the scope, systems monitored, notification methods, response expectations and exclusions should be defined in the applicable service agreement.
Monitoring does not guarantee that every failure will be detected immediately or that third-party systems will remain continuously available.
14. Confidential information
WorkflowSafe will use reasonable care when handling non-public business information supplied for service delivery.
Customers should disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the engagement and should not provide information they are not authorized to share.
15. Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their pre-existing systems, business information, workflows and materials.
WorkflowSafe retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, processes, diagnostic approaches, reusable tools and general know-how.
Ownership of custom deliverables or code created for a particular engagement may be addressed in a separate written agreement where necessary.
16. Suspension or refusal of service
WorkflowSafe may refuse, pause or terminate an engagement where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Required access or information is not provided
- The requested activity appears unlawful, abusive or unsafe
- The customer does not have authority over the systems involved
- Continuing the work would create unreasonable security or operational risk
17. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorkflowSafe will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from third-party outages, customer actions, unauthorized changes, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or events outside WorkflowSafe's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Website availability
We aim to keep workflowsafe.com available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that all website information will always be error-free.
19. Changes to these Terms
WorkflowSafe may update these Terms as services, technology, operations or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
