Refund Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
WorkflowSafe provides professional automation audit, troubleshooting, consulting, repair and reliability services. Because these services involve time, analysis and work performed specifically for each customer, refund eligibility depends on whether work has already begun or been delivered.
1. Before work begins
If you purchase a WorkflowSafe service and request cancellation before substantive work on your request has begun, you may request a full refund.
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@workflowsafe.com .
2. After work has begun
Once WorkflowSafe has begun reviewing your intake information, inspecting systems, performing analysis, preparing findings, troubleshooting, consulting or otherwise performing the purchased service, fees are generally non-refundable for work already performed.
Where appropriate, WorkflowSafe may consider a partial refund for any clearly unperformed portion of a service. Any such decision will depend on the circumstances and the work already completed.
3. Completed audits and delivered work
Completed audits, reports, findings, consultations and other delivered professional services are generally non-refundable.
A customer disagreeing with a finding or recommendation does not by itself make the service eligible for a refund.
4. When WorkflowSafe cannot provide the service
If WorkflowSafe determines that it cannot provide a purchased service and no meaningful work has been completed, we may cancel the engagement and issue an appropriate refund.
If part of the agreed work has already been completed, any refund may reflect the portion of the service that remains unperformed.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged an incorrect amount, or experienced another billing error, contact us promptly.
We will review the payment record and correct confirmed billing errors where appropriate.
6. Missed appointments
Missing a scheduled audit or consultation does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.
Where reasonably possible, we may allow the appointment to be rescheduled.
Repeated missed appointments, failure to respond, or prolonged failure to provide information reasonably required for the service may delay or prevent completion without creating an automatic right to a refund.
7. Customer access and cooperation
Some services may require information, system access, approvals or cooperation from the customer.
A refund is not automatically due where WorkflowSafe is unable to complete work because the customer does not provide reasonably required information, authorization or access.
8. Third-party platform problems
WorkflowSafe works with automation systems and third-party platforms that we do not control.
Outages, API changes, account restrictions, platform limitations, discontinued features or other third-party problems do not automatically make a completed WorkflowSafe service refundable.
If such an issue prevents WorkflowSafe from performing a material portion of work that has not yet begun, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Ongoing support or monitoring
Refund and cancellation terms for subscriptions, monitoring plans, retainers or ongoing support may be stated separately in the applicable service agreement or subscription terms.
Those specific terms will apply where they differ from this general Refund Policy.
10. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing problem, email:
Please include:
- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your WorkflowSafe request ID, if available
- The payment reference, if available
- A brief explanation of the request
Do not send passwords, API keys or other sensitive credentials in a refund request.
11. Refund processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank or other financial institution involved.
12. Applicable consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
13. Changes to this policy
WorkflowSafe may update this Refund Policy as its services, pricing or business practices change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
